If authorized, return defective item to Tickled Pink Airbrush TM. Item will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Tickled Pink Airbrush TM. Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse or use of any makeup / product other than that issued by or authorized by Tickled Pink Airbrush TM. Return shipping will be paid by customer. Shipping of repair or replacement item back to customer will be paid by Tickled Pink Airbrush TM. Shipping used to ship item back to customer is at the discretion of Tickled Pink. Please allow 14 days once we receive item for replacement or repaired item to be shipped back. This time does not take into account actual shipping time. 30 day money back guarantee. You must have original receipt. All Kits / Hardware must be returned in LIKE NEW clean / sanitary condition. There will be an additional $35.00 cleaning fee applied if the kit and or airbrush gun is returned dirty. NOTE: If the customer is returning because they feel it is not working correctly, they must have read the instructions and be familiar with the proper use and care of the product, and they must have contacted us for additional training and instruction to assure proper technique was being used. (We have found that in 99% of these claims the product is functioning as designed but the customer isnt using proper application techniques. In the rare occurance that there is a problem with the kit and it is a warranty issue, we will take care of issue by repairing or replacing the defective item) Returns must have ALL original packing materials, and documentation. Customer must contact Tickled Pink Airbrush TM to get authorization for return. We will do our best once you contact us to resolve any issues you may have. If you still want to return the item there will be a $25.00 restocking fee and cleaning fee if applied. NOTE: The restocking fee is not to replace missing items or packing materials, it is a fee applied for processing the return. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Once return is received by Tickled Pink and item is inspected for completeness, cleanliness, damage, misuse, or abuse, Tickled Pink will within 14 days of return refund the full purchase, less the restocking fees, shipping fees and cleaning fees if applied. The trial period ends 30 calendar days after the item is shipped. We must receive your eligible return prior to the end of the trial period. If you return a product that is outside of these guidelines it will not be refunded. There are no returns for opened makeup products. This has got to be one of the best investements I have made for my health and beauty! I had been researching airbrush kits for a while and it was a no-brainer on my decision considering this is a local company and all make-up products are made locally, right here in the U.S. as well as the aloe-based, you just can't go wrong there! With all of the colors to chose from, you can match your skin tone PERFECTLY! The best part is that I have a licensed esthetician at my fingertips for pointers and questions! Do you know how much money I save on advice alone? Priceless, just priceless. (On a personal note: I will say that when I feel a hot flash coming on and i'm in my bathroom, I just turn on the air and let it hit my face which is very convenient!). I am truly addicted to the mositurizer and will be using this forever. It feels so nice going on! The serum is fantastic as well. You can actually feel your skin tighten. This is the first airbrush kit I've ever bought and I am delighted with how easy it is to use. It takes a little getting used to at first, but I was a pro in no time! It is easy to maintain as well considering the kit comes with its own cleaner. I love how the instructions are articulated and the catalog is very well writtten and informative. I was a little apprehensive about using Airbrush makeup. After extensive research I decided to try Tickled Pink. I have never worn foundation, but noticed my complexion was not as smooth as it once was. (I am 60 years old). I could have kicked myself for waiting so long to give it a try. The instructions were clear and easy. I will continue to practice and tweak my routine, but it is fast, easy cleanup
and the results are amazing!! Give it a try, you will be more than pleased with the results!

I'm new at airbrush makeup. I saw a demo at my school and HAD to get one, and I love it so much. I texted a selfie to get a recommendation on what color foundation to get, and it was accurate! In fact the color match was so accurate that it's kinda hard to tell when I'm putting on the makeup where I have and haven't hit yet.

Quick learning curve

I had purchased the makeup a couple years ago and used it with my badger airbrush & high power compressor. It was to much work & noise to use that system regularly. I re-invested in this entire system. It took a couple applications to get the look I want and I'm still learning/improving. My biggest concern was how much time it would take to clean the airbrush. It just take a minute and it's so much cleaner than brushes which I don't clean as often. I may needed the next step up for color. Right now I'm blending latte with frappuccino.
