DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We use US Flat Rate Mail (USPS) with signature confirmation for all shipments. (The signature required is Amazon.com and PayPal policy and helps protect us and the customer from fraud. However you may contact us for no signature required if signature creates a problem for delivery, however customer will be taking full responsibility once package is shipped and we will need to verify the customers information.)
By using USPS flat rate we can ship all over the US for the same low price. This also allows us to ship to Alaska and Hawaii for the same low shipping price as stateside.Look for orders to be delivered by your mail carrier. Make sure you provide your complete US Postal Mailing address. Make sure your PayPal Shipping info is up to date and accurate. Tickled Pink is not responsible for additional fees incurred.
Customer is responsible to provide a complete and accurate shipping address including any apartment numbers or other pertinent shipping information. We print exactly what you enter. Customer is responsible for any inaccuracies causing delayed, false delivery or returned shipments.
EMAIL AND TRACKING INFORMATION:
Please assure an updated accurate email address is current with PayPal so we can provide tracking information. You may also contact us with a current or alternate email address. We will enter your www.USPS.com tracking number into the PayPal system and we will also add your email towww.USPS.com so you should receive the tracking number via email from PayPal and from www.USPS.com. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their package. If you do not receive your tracking number check your PayPal account, or contact us and we can email it directly to you.
CUSTOMER BASED SHIPPING ACCOUNTS:
Want to use your own shipping account with USP or FedEx? No problem, simply contact us and we will work with you. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges when using customers shipping account. Free shipping does not apply to customer used shipping accounts.
RUSH SHIPPING:
Tickled Pink Airbrush does not offer rush shipping as a normal shipping method. Our products normally arrive within 3 to 5 business days once shipped. However if you need a rush order, please contact us and we will work with you for shipping options. Customer if responsible for the total cost of shipping charges for rush shipping. We use UPS overnight and 2nd day air for any rush orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We also now ship internationally for minimal additional charge. Please email us at info@tickledpinkairbrush.com for estimated shipping to your international location. (Normal average international shipping rates is around $49.95 USD / $34.95 USD for Canada for kits (and whatever else we can fit into a medium flat rate box) and $19.95 USD / $17.95 USD for Canada for refills orders (small flat rate box), however these are only the average and are preset with PayPal, but are not guaranteed. If shipping rates are more we will contact you to authorize the increased shipping rates before we ship.

We have setup basic shipping rates for International Shipping that will work for most locations. However Tickled Pink Airbrush reserves the right to adjust these after checkout if rates exceed our basic rates depending on your exact location. We will contact you if these rates need to be adjusted for your delivery and work with you for the best shipping rates to your exact location.
Tickled Pink Airbrush ships with USPS (US Postal Service) Standard International Flat Rate. So look for these to be delivered by your countries postal service.

If you decide to order then all you need to do is purchase the kit via our website using PayPal. When you do this it will not show any shipping rates. Don’t be alarmed, go ahead and complete your order, we will then figure the shipping rates and send you a PayPal bill for the shipping fees and once those are paid via PayPal we will process and ship your order.
Normal International shipping times is usually around 1 to 2 weeks. We ship same day or next day we receive your order depending on what time we receive it. Please understand we cannot control how long it will take your countries customs to clear your package. Once it is shipped we will send you the tracking information so you can track your package. Also keep in mind you are responsible for any fees your country may charge for taxes or duties.
